Service Description

This specialized program offers tailor-made personal training to help brides feel strong and sexy for their wedding day. Each bride must go through an initial assessment in order to build the best workout to reach their gown goals. They will also learn how to build a proper menu plan based on their own dietary needs. When you sign up with one of our Personal Trainers, you will receive a month's worth of personalized menu plans and shopping lists, weekly personalized fitness routines that you can duplicate at home and with your trainer, and weekly workouts and check-ins with your trainer. Clients will learn everything they need to know about how to be nutritionally healthy as well as physically fit. Signing up with a Personal Trainer requires an initial assessment which is a one-time fee ranging from $50-$70. This assessment will determine the best program for the client based on their unique goals and health issues. For one month, clients will train using their personalized workout sessions as well as follow-ups with their trainer either in person or via Zoom or Google Meetings. Personal Trainers will monitor each workout to help the client avoid injury and encourage proper form. If choosing a program that includes nutrition, clients are also taught how to build menu plans based on their own dietary needs. All Personal Training services can be renewed monthly and/or can be booked up to 4-months in advance. The price includes 2 sessions per week with the Personal Fitness Trainer for 1 month. Ask about adding your Bridesmaids or Groom so that you can all work out together. The fee is $40 for each additional person for the fitness portion of the program.
