PERSONAL ATHLETIC CONDITIONING
Service Description
These one-on-one workout sessions are tailored to the type of athletics the client is involved in. Clients will learn how to use neuromuscular control to aid in proper movement and flexibility, both of which are crucial to injury prevention and optimized potential for success. For one month, the trainer will meet with the client to help them maintain proper form, gain overall strength and flexibility, increase stamina, lose/gain weight, and above all, prevent injuries! An initial assessment will determine the best program for the athlete based on their ultimate goals. Clients will also be taught how to build menu plans based on their own dietary needs. The price includes 2 sessions with a trainer each week for 1 month. *This program is not necessarily specific to only athletes as anyone interested in increasing their athletic abilities without actually being involved in a particular sport can sign up.
Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason you must cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time. If, for any reason you must cancel your membership, please send notice to our office or your trainer/specialist notifying them of the cancellation. All fees must be paid for the month (if you have already begun the month) and cannot be refunded.
