Our parent-focused workshops were created to introduce parents to basic functional training techniques to encourage proper form and strong bodies as well as nutrition coaching to encourage well-rounded hormones, gut health, and overall bodily function.
​
Our goal at La Belle Vie is to encourage prolonged careers for athletes and dancers which is why we partner with their parents and even their teachers to further their goals. As dancers and athletes continue toward a professional career, their joints, muscles, and connective tissue are placed under undue stress that can easily cause a breakdown which can cut their careers short.
​
Parents can take their knowledge to help their child(ren) incorporate injury prevention practices into their daily routine as well as healthy meals, both on-the-go and at home. You will learn how to use proper functional training techniques at home to encourage cross-training as well as how to build simple menu plans based on your busy schedule.

For Teachers/Educators-
​
These teacher and educator-focused programs were created with the dance teachers and athletic coaches in mind to introduce them to exercises and stretches appropriate for their students and to encourage increased performance. Our goal here at La Belle Vie is to encourage prolonged careers for athletes and dancers which is why we are partnering with their instructors to further that goal.
​
As dancers and athletes continue toward professional careers, their joints, muscles, and connective tissue are placed under stress and can be easily broken down. Teachers and coaches should understand how important it is that they know how to incorporate injury prevention practices into their repertoire. Moving forward without setbacks of injuries is what we help you work toward.
​
We will teach you how to apply basic functional fitness science, neuromuscular balance, and proper flexibility training into your dance programs. Teachers and coaches will also come to understand how movement either encourages strong technique or leads to functional decline.
